Today’s work out
My workout today was super light. I work at a baseball stadium and during the games, I walk between 6 and 9 miles a night. So walking counts as something, right?
25 burpee’s
15 pushups
2, 1 minute wall sits
30 Brazilian butt squats.

Also, for dinner tonight, I made a lovely salad that i’d like to share. (YUM!)
I marinated shrimp in a lemon, garlic vinaigrette and baked them and then put them on top of a bed of romaine, red onions, carrots, and parm. cheese and sliced almonds. yummmm.
